Smartphone Mobile Exhibition Guide (Using personal earphones)
We provide an information service incorporating “internet of things” technology for the permanent exhibits. This is a non-contact service that uses Bluetooth technology to connect to a smart device and automatically provide information on displays (in Korean, English, Chinese, or Japanese). It also supports additional functions such as exhibit maps, suggested routes, virtual reality, and stamps.
To use it, download the app for free from the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or ONE Store. (For uninterrupted support, after installing the app please download the content in advance in a WiFi-supported environment.) Note that location information and Bluetooth must be activated and only Android 7.0 or higher, iOS 14.0 or higher, and Bluetooth 2.0 or higher are supported.
